The most important thing for us at Dormy is that you are completely satisfied. When you buy a golf set from us, your purchase is not complete until you have tried out all the irons and are satisfied with them. You have 30 days to try them out. If you are not satisfied within this time, we will help you find a new set or you will get your money back. You can of course use the clubs like you normally would and play with them on the course. This applies both to sets that are bought in our stores and online at dormy.se. Our goal is for you as a customer to have a better golf experience.

Which clubs are included in the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

The guarantee applies to all our golf sets, i.e. irons, complete golf packages as well as combo sets with irons and hybrids. However, it does not apply to metal woods like drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, or utility irons and only once per year. If you are looking for new metal woods, we recommend that you come to one of our stores and test the club out in our test centre or borrow a demo club and use it on the golf course. Wedges, putters and chippers are not included in the 30-day guarantee. If the clubs have been customised and adjusted to your prerequisites, the 30-day guarantee only applies if you have bought them as a set.
