The following terms apply to you when shopping at Dormy Golf in Sweden.

Payment Methods

Our payment partner is Kustom. They continuously update their services and terms. To find out about current services and terms, please contact Kustom customer service or visit their website. You can find Kustom's terms here.

PAYMENT

In cooperation with Kustom, we offer invoice payment, instalment payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. Below you can read about what applies to each payment method.

GET FIRST. PAY LATER

When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your order. Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment time from the invoice date, which is when your products leave our warehouse (immediately in store or when we send your order from our warehouse for online orders). No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent to you by email when the order is dispatched from our warehouse. A reminder fee of 60 SEK is added for non-payment. When you choose an invoice, Kustom takes over the right to be paid, and your payment of the invoice goes to Klarna.

PAY DIRECTLY

With Kustom Pay Direct, you can make a payment from your bank account. If you have previously registered your bank account for direct payment with Kustom (with a direct debit agreement), either via Kustom customer portal or in connection with a purchase, it is sufficient to approve the payment with Mobile BankID. If you have not yet registered for direct payment, you can do so with a few simple steps and confirm with Mobile BankID. We never share your bank details with anyone except your bank.

KLARNA ACCOUNT

This is the payment method for those who want to spread their payment over a shorter period. In addition to always receiving your goods before paying, you collect all your purchases in one account. This applies even if you have shopped in several different stores via Klarna Account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

CARD

Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us; they are saved with our partner Kustom. Card payments handled by Kustom are PCI-DSS certified and guarantee fast and secure payment.

SWISH

In our digital checkout on the website, you can choose whether you want to pay your order directly with Swish.

SVEA

In our stores, we offer corporate purchases via SVEA Ekonomi. There you, as a company, can make an invoice purchase against your chosen company. This only applies in our physical stores.

Purchase Terms

Order and Delivery Confirmation

When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation is sent to your email. If you do not receive an order confirmation on the same day as you placed your order, please contact us, as it may mean that you have entered the wrong email address. When your goods are packed, a delivery confirmation is sent via email. In your delivery confirmation, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your delivery. In your delivery confirmation email, there is a link to your receipt/warranty certificate, which you can also find under receipts on your Dormy Club page. You will be notified when your order arrives with the chosen shipping option.

Personal Data

A customer number is obtained at the first purchase occasion. Your provided information (personal number, name, address, phone, etc.) is stored in Dormy Golf's customer register. The information is protected according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your information is used only by Dormy Golf to facilitate our customer contact.

Packages Not Collected

In situations where life can become stressful, it is possible that you may miss collecting your order or responding to the transport company. We fully understand this – such things can happen. If delivery of your order could not be completed despite repeated attempts, or if the order has not been collected after several reminders have been sent, the order will be returned to us. In these cases, we will refund your purchase, but we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, which amounts to 69 SEK.

Other

We follow the Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce and returns. You must be over 18 years old to shop with us. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right for out-of-stock items and for any price and correction errors. For technical reasons, the colours on the website may slightly differ from reality.

Delivery

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are:

  • Within Sweden: 2–3 working days
  • Rest of the Nordics: 4–7 working days
  • Special order items: approx. 14 days

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method and your delivery address. During major campaigns and sales periods, delays may occur due to high order volumes. For the most up-to-date and accurate delivery time and cost for your order, please refer to the shipping step at checkout.

Delivery to Service Points or Parcel Boxes

We offer free shipping to service points and parcel lockers within Sweden for orders over 1000 SEK. A shipping fee of 99 SEK applies to orders under 1000 SEK.

PostNord MyPack Collect

Your package will be delivered to the service point or locker you selected at checkout. SMS notification is sent when the package is ready for collection. If no mobile number was provided, a paper notification will be sent by post. Valid ID must be shown when collecting the package. If someone else collects it on your behalf, both your and their IDs are required.

ICA Paket

If you choose ICA Paket, your order will be delivered to a selected ICA store, where you collect it either at the counter, a parcel locker, or a pickup robot—depending on the store’s setup. ICA packages are often co-distributed with grocery deliveries to reduce environmental impact. You will receive an SMS or email notification when your package is ready for collection. This service is only available if selectable at checkout. Packages must be picked up within one week of arrival at the store.

Home Delivery

We offer home delivery directly to your door as an additional service.

  • Shipping cost: 129 SEK
  • For orders between 1000–2999 SEK: 29 SEK
  • Free home delivery on orders over 3000 SEK

Important information regarding home delivery For packages under 20 kg that do not require a signature or ID verification, the delivery may be left outside your door or in your mailbox, if feasible—even if you’re not home. Once the delivery has been made according to your instructions and documented by the carrier (e.g., with a photo), the responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you want a more secure delivery, we recommend choosing delivery to a service point.

PostNord MyPack Home

When your package is ready for delivery, you will receive an SMS from PostNord allowing you to choose a delivery day and time window (2–3 hours). If the parcel weighs under 20 kg, it may be left outside your door or in your mailbox according to your instructions. Once documented by PostNord, responsibility passes to you.

Budbee Home

Budbee delivers on weekday evenings between 17:00–22:00. You can track your delivery in real time and adjust it via SMS link. By default, the package is left outside your door, and you are responsible once the driver leaves it. You can also request handover at the door, but if you don’t respond, the default option applies.

Early Bird Home

Early Bird delivers to your door between 17:00–22:00. You’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link and a more specific ETA as the driver approaches. Delivery is usually contactless and without signature, with photo documentation upon delivery. Early Bird makes up to two delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package is returned to Dormy. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide accurate and complete delivery details, including entry codes or special instructions. Once the delivery is documented, the responsibility transfers to you.

Mailbox Delivery

Smaller parcels under 2 kg that fit in your mailbox are sent as tracked letters. This delivery method is available via PostNord Varubrev or Early Bird Morning Mailbox Delivery, depending on your location. The delivery is made without signature, and you do not need to be home.

PostNord Varubrev

Delivered on weekdays, typically during daytime hours. You will receive an SMS when the shipment is on its way. If it doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your door or in a bag on the doorknob, depending on your residence.

Early Bird Morning Mailbox Delivery

Delivered early in the morning, usually before 07:00. You’ll receive an SMS with a tracking link. If the parcel doesn’t fit in your mailbox, it will be placed in a bag on your mailbox (for houses) or on your door (for apartments). Up to two delivery attempts are made. If both fail, the parcel is redirected to the nearest pickup point. The delivery is made without signature, and once completed according to instructions, the responsibility transfers to you.

Defective Packages on Delivery

If the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, you can make a complaint. If you are unable to visit any of our stores, please email your case to [email protected] first. Our customer service will then get back to you for further action in the matter. The receipt you access via the link in your delivery confirmation email or via Dormy Club is your warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.

Exchanges and Returns

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the date you received the item. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product works at no cost. However, as a consumer, you are responsible for any depreciation of the products, including the original packaging, due to handling beyond what is required to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the product. To apply the right of withdrawal, please fill in our digital form, which you can find here, or the Consumer Agency's withdrawal form, which you can find here. Once you have notified us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

14-Day Return Policy

You have full return rights within 14 days from the date you received the item. You can choose to exchange for another item or get your money back. You can choose whether you wish to return your item in-store or send your product back. Items purchased in our outlet in Ängelholm can only be returned in Ängelholm. If you wish to send your return, please register your case digitally at dormy.se/returer first. The return shipping costs 69 SEK, and that amount is deducted from the item value when we refund you. An item that is returned must be unused, scent-free, and packaged in the original packaging. Therefore, we ask you to refrain from using any scents when trying on your ordered garments, as it may cause health issues. Labels must remain on clothing items. The shipment must be well-packaged, and remember that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return, so please save the drop-off receipt from the postal agent. It is not allowed to place a shipping label directly on the original box, such as shoes, as it will be damaged, and we cannot approve the return.

30-Day Iron Set

The 30-day guarantee applies once per customer per year. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchased golf set, you have the opportunity to return it and be offered a new golf set where any price difference is adjusted between the customer and Dormy. You also have the option to return your golf set and get your money back instead of the previous option. If you make changes to your golf set from the specification at the time of purchase, the 30-day guarantee ceases to apply. Changes mean, for example, grip or shaft change, change of lie angle, or shaft cutting.

Gift Cards

Purchases of gift cards via Dormy.com are sent digitally to the specified email address provided at the time of purchase. When purchasing in a physical store, the options are to receive it digitally at a chosen email address or in physical form. Purchases of gift cards are not covered by the right of withdrawal or exchange rights.

Return of Online Orders

Sometimes things do not go as planned, and you can, of course, return the item to us. You then use the return slip that you received with your package. The return shipping costs 69 SEK, and that amount is deducted from the item value when we refund you. The shipment must be well-packaged, and remember that you, as the customer, are responsible for the return, so please save the drop-off receipt from the postal agent.

If your package was delivered with Budbee, you order a pickup of the return from Budbee. This is done via an SMS they send out the day after delivery.

Do You Want to Exchange an Item?

In that case, place a new order directly on the site and return the old one, so you avoid lead times in the process. We also offer free shipping on a new order within seven days from when the return has been registered on our return page.

Refund on Invoice

As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Kustom is contacted for a credit of the relevant amount. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you paid your invoice. If you have not yet paid your invoice or paused it, you will receive a new updated invoice emailed to you once we have processed the return. You, as the customer, are always responsible for paying the invoice by the due date. Otherwise, Klarna will charge you a reminder fee.

Refund on Card Purchase or Bank Transfer

As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Kustom is contacted for a credit of the relevant amount. If you paid your order by card or bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the same account within a few days. You will receive an email from us as soon as our returns department has processed your return. 

Complaints

If the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, you can make a complaint. If you are unable to visit any of our stores, please email us at [email protected] first. Our customer service will then get back to you for further action in the matter. The receipt you access via the link in your delivery confirmation email or via My Dormy is your warranty certificate. The warranty does not cover transport costs. In the event of a dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
