Description
Milled from premium Soft Carbon Steel, the HLX 6.0 combines classic feel with modern performance benefits. The low lofts (e.g. 50°–54°) have a more square leading edge and reduced offset, which gives better ground contact and stable contact in approach shots from the fairway. The groove pattern has been refined with more and deeper grooves to maximise spin and give controlled launch – especially for shorter shots where precision is crucial. For the higher lofted wedges, Bettinardi has added extra heel relief, which makes it easier to open the club head and create different types of shots around the green. The top line is thin and bevelled to give a stylish impression at address. The longer hosel and a deeper cut-out on the back flange lower the centre of gravity, which helps lower the launch and increase spin even further. The main weight has been reduced by 2 grams to give better balance through the swing.
