Cancel a purchase

Sometimes things don’t turn out as you expected, and we understand. Here you can easily let us know that you want to cancel a purchase. You have the right to cancel your purchase on dormy.com within 14 days from the day you receive the item. Once you have registered your cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation by email. If your order has not yet started being packed, you can instead cancel the purchase via the Cancel my order button at the bottom of the order confirmation you received by email.

If the order has already been packed or dispatched, you will need to cancel the purchase here and return the item to us. Enter the email address used for the order and your order number. You can find the order number in your delivery confirmation and it begins with A or N. You may open the packaging and inspect the product, but you may be liable for any reduction in value if the item or the original packaging has been handled more than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
