PAYMENT

In cooperation with Klarna we offer invoice payment, payment in instalments, credit card payment and direct payment. Read below about the rules that apply for each type of payment method.

RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT FIRST. PAY LATER

Paying with Klarna invoice is a safe and easy way to shop. You never have to provide any card information, and will always pay after you have received your order. Pay with Klarna invoice within 14 days of invoice date. No invoice fees apply. The invoice is sent to you via email when the order is shipped from our stock warehouse. A reminder fee is added for late payments. If you have made a purchase of SEK 60 or more, a SEK 60 reminder fee is added. When you choose the invoice option, Klarna takes over the right to receive payment and your invoice payment therefore goes to Klarna.

PAY DIRECTLY

With Klarna’s Pay Directly option, you can make a payment from your bank account. If you previously have registered your bank account for direct payment with us (via a direct debit (autogiro) consent), either via Klarna’s customer portal, or when making a purchase, it is sufficient to approve of the purchase using your Mobile BankID. If you have not yet registered for direct payment, you can do this in a few simple steps and confirm with your Mobile BankID. We never share your bank information with anyone except for your bank.

INSTALMENTS

This is a way of paying if you want to split your payments into instalments over a short period of time. Besides the fact that you will always receive your items before you pay, all your purchases are collected on one account. This is also true if you have purchased products in several stores via Klarna Konto. This means one invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

CARD

Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees apply. No card information is stored with us, they are saved by our partner Klarna. Card payments that are managed by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified and guarantee a fast and secure payment option.

Terms of Purchase

Order Confirmation

When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation the same day as you place your order, kindly contact us as this could mean that you have entered the wrong email address. When your items have been packed, a confirmation is sent via email. You will then receive a text message when your package is ready to be picked up at the collection site. In your delivery confirmation email, there is a link to your receipt/proof of warranty, which you also can find under Receipts on your My Dormy account page. If you have chosen to pay with Klarna, you will also receive an invoice via email.

Personal Data

You will be given a customer number at the time of your first purchase. The information you provide (national identity number, name, address, telephone number etc.) is stored in Dormy Golf’s customer registry. The information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will never be shared with a third party. Your information will only be used by Dormy Golf to facilitate our customer contacts.

Packages that are not collected

If you have a package that you have not collected, it will be returned to us after 7 days. If we get packages returned to us that have not been collected from the Swedish postal service, Posten, Dormy Golf has the right to charge the cost for return shipping, order fees and handling costs (currently SEK 250). Packages that have not been collected are not covered by the cooling-off period rights.

Complaints

If the delivered item is incorrect or damaged, you can submit a complaint. If you’re not able to visit any of our warehouses we ask that you email us your enquiry at [email protected]år Our customer service will then get back to you with further details about how to proceed. The receipt, which you can access via the link in your delivery confirmation email or via My Dormy, is your proof of warranty. The warranty does not cover any potential transport costs. If there is a dispute, we will follow the decision from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

Other

We are following regulations set forth by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) regarding E-trade and returns. You must be over the age of 18 to shop from us. All prices include VAT. We reserve ourselves against issues related to an item being out of stock and for potential price errors and typos. For technical reasons, the colours on our website may differ somewhat from real colours.

Delivery

To service point

We offer free delivery within Sweden if you order products for more than SEK 1,000. Shipping costs are SEK 99 for orders under SEK 1,000.

Mypack Collect

Mypack Collect (formerly Postpaket) means that you collect your parcel from the service point you select at the checkout. A text message will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is ready for collection. If you have not provided a correct mobile number with your order you will receive a note through your letterbox a few days later. You will need to show valid ID when collecting your parcel. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, both your and their valid ID will need to be shown.

Delivery times

Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days within Sweden and 4-7 working days in the rest of the Nordic region. If the product you have ordered is a special order item, the delivery time is approx. 14 days.

Home delivery

Home delivery brings the parcel directly to your door. Home delivery is an additional service that we offer for an additional delivery charge of SEK 99. Right now you get free delivery on orders over NOK 1,000.

MyPack Home

You will notified by text message as soon as your parcel is ready for delivery and you can then choose the date and time of the delivery according to the availability for your address. You can book the delivery by replying to the text message and stating which option suits you best. The delivery will be made within a 2-3 hour delivery slot. Delivery time 2-3 working days

Budbee

Courier delivery to your home on weekday evenings between 5-10 p.m. With Budbee you can follow your delivery in real time on the map and get a more precise delivery time. In the text message from Budbee you will be able to change the day of your delivery and adjust the delivery so it suits you. The default option is that the parcel will be left outside your door and it is you responsibility from the moment the driver leaves your parcel. But in the text message from Budbee, you can change this default option to ask the driver to ring the doorbell and hand the parcel to you. Should you not answer, the parcel will be left outside your door.

Delivery time 1-2 working days. Delivery charge SEK 99. Right now you can get free delivery on orders over SEK 1,000.

Exchanges and returns

Cooling-off period

As a customer, you are entitled to change your mind about your purchase within a cooling-off period of 14 days from receiving the item. You have the right to open the package and check that the product is in working order, without this costing you anything. You as a consumer are however responsible for any decrease in value of the products, including original packaging, which is caused by excessive handling than what is required to determine the nature of the product, and the qualities and functionality of the product. To apply the cooling-off period, please fill in our online form which you will find here or the Swedish Consumer Agency’s cooling-off period form, which you will find here. When you have notified us that you want to use your cooling-off period, you have 14 days to return your item.

14 days open purchase

You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the product. You can exchange for another product or get a refund. You can choose whether you want to return your product to a shop or post the item to us. However, products bought from our outlet in Ängelholm can only be returned to Ängelholm. If you wish to send your return to us, we ask that you first register your case digitally at dormy.se/returer. The return shipping cost is SEK 69 and this fee is subtracted from the value of the item when we refund your money. The item that is returned must be unused and packaged in its original packaging. Labels should remain intact on garments. The shipment must be well protected in its package and keep in mind that you are responsible as a customer for this return so please save the shipping receipt from the postal outlet. It is not permitted to place a returns label directly onto the original box for e.g. shoes, as this damages it and we will not be able to approve the return.

30 days for irons

The most important thing for us at Dormy is that you are completely satisfied. When you buy irons from us, your purchase is not complete until you have tried out the irons and are satisfied with all of them. You have 30 days to try them out. If you are not satisfied within this time, we will help you find a new set or you will get your money back. Returning an online order

Sometimes your product is not quite what you thought it would be, and you can then of course return the item to us. You should then use the return form that was included in your package. The return shipping cost is SEK 69 and this fee is subtracted from the value of the item when we refund your money. The shipment must be well protected in its package and keep in mind that you are responsible as a customer for this return so please save the shipping receipt from the postal outlet.

If your package was delivered with Budbee, you order a collection of your return shipment from Budbee. This is done via a text message, which they send the day after the delivery.

Do you want to exchange an item?

If so, add a new order directly on the website and return the old item to avoid waiting times in the process. We also pay for shipping for a new order within seven days from when the return shipment was registered on our Returns page.

Refunds for invoices

As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klarna will be contacted to issue a credit for the relevant amount. If you have chosen to pay by Klarna invoicing, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you paid your invoice. If you haven’t had time to pay your invoice yet or have paused it, a new updated invoice will be emailed to you when you we have processed the return. As the customer, you are always responsible for paying the invoice by the due date. If you do not pay the invoice, Klarna will charge you a reminder fee.

Refunds for card purchases or bank transfers

As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klarna will be contacted to issue a credit for the relevant amount. If you have paid for your order by card or bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the same account within a couple of days. You will get an email from us as soon as our returns department has processed your return.
