The XXIO 14 Hybrid is designed to help you get the ball into the air more easily and with less effort. Cannon Sole with ‘floating’ weights placed behind the face optimises launch and makes it easier to create a high, carrying ball flight. The thinner face works together with a stiffer section all around to give extra flex at impact and thus increased ball speed and distance. Activwing – two elevations on top of the clubhead – stabilises the club through the downswing and helps you return to the correct position before impact. It gives more repeatable shots and better control. High Grip Milled Pattern on the toe and heel helps maintain speed and direction even on hits outside the sweet spot. Like the other XXIO 14 models, the hybrid is built in Japan and weighs an average of 30–60 grams less than many other clubs. The lower overall weight makes it easier to generate speed and reduces strain on the body – for a more relaxed and fun golfing experience.
