Description
Double Wide 1/2 Ball combines a stable blade profile with an alignment solution designed to simplify your setup. ½ Ball alignment frames the ball and makes it easier to aim and centre your contact, giving you greater peace of mind on both short and longer putts.
The putter uses Odyssey’s most advanced Ai-Dual insert – a dual-layer urethane insert developed with artificial intelligence. It gives consistent ball speed from the entire face and a soft, controlled feel. The fixed inner layer contributes to more effective distance control, while the softer outer layer creates a uniform response at impact.
The new FRD (Forward Roll Design) groove is deeper and more aggressive, and with a 19° slope, it cooperates with the insert’s construction to create a more stable forward roll right from the ball start.
The model comes with a lightweight steel shaft with a 20-30 gram counterweight at the grip end. This ensures a balanced profile and helps you repeat a consistent, controlled stroke.
Ai-Dual Insert, The white face – inspired by Odyssey’s classic White Hot insert – now has a modern look with black outer edges which makes it easier to line the putter up against the ball. The insert is developed using artificial intelligence and consists of two layers of urethane: a softer outer layer and a firmer inner. Together they provide even ball speed across the entire face, a better forward roll and a lovely feel at impact.
