The latest generation TaylorMade Spider Tour putter 5K Zero Torque is the result of careful engineering and feedback from tour players, where every detail is designed to create maximum stability, better aim and more consistent contact. With a low torque in the shaft, thanks to a KBS putter shaft design with 1° shaft lean and 25 mm onset behind the face, a more stable toe-up construction is created that helps reduce unwanted face twisting at impact. The new unique sole shape has been optimised for this particular hosel configuration and allows the player to find a repeatable and balanced setup regardless of ball placement or style. The head is built with high density stainless steel combined with light aircraft aluminium, resulting in a high MOI (moment of inertia) construction that provides incredible tracking stability and control throughout the stroke movement. Aim is crucial to sinking more putts – which is why the True Path™ system has been further developed. With ball-width milled lines, inspired by tour feedback, the player gets help to better centre their shot and create a clear aim towards the target.
