Garmin Approach S42 has an easy-to-read 1.2” colour touch screen enclosed in a metal case. The silicone watch strap is made from a lightweight material that you can easily wear without disturbing your swing. It also has a Quick Release system so you can easily replace the strap. S42 is a model that’s just as stylish whether you’re in the clubhouse after a round or if you’re heading into town. The 42,000 preloaded courses with CourseView mean the watch is ready to use from the start, then you can easily update your watch via the Garmin website or app so you always have the latest information to hand. The watch shows the distance to the front edge, middle and back edge of the green, as well as the distance to water hazards, bunkers, doglegs and lay up zones. The digital scorecard function means you can easily count your shots and points for the round and then save and read them in the Garmin app. In addition to its golf features, Garmin S42 has several built-in sports apps and activity trackers, including the move bar, vibration alerts, calories, steps and sleep. You can choose to pair the watch with your mobile phone to receive email, text messages and notifications directly to your watch, which is ideal during a round of golf because you can keep your mobile in your bag and still not miss anything important. Rechargeable battery with a battery life of 15 hours in GPS mode and 10 days in watch mode. 5 ATM water resistant (50 metres) which means you never have to worry about rain or water hazards. Power adapter not included. Charges via the included USB cable and can be connected to any power adapter with a USB socket.
