Sometimes things don't turn out as planned, and of course, you can return the item to us. 

By registering your return, you can place a new order completely free of shipping charges within 7 days – whether you'd like to exchange an item that didn't fit or buy something else. 

Please provide the email address associated with your customer profile and the order number you received in your delivery confirmation (AXXXXXXX). If you don't have a customer profile, use the email address you used when placing your order.
