Description
The design is tour-validated and is based on Shape 6 – the sixth and final prototype in the Opus series, tested and approved by tour players and major winners – resulting in a clean, confidence-inspiring look at address as well as an optimised leading edge and refined sole for better ground interaction. The advanced face with refined track technology creates consistent spin and stopping power from any position, making Opus SP a reliable tool for both full-power shots and delicate play around the green. With progressive design in the gap wedges, the model blends seamlessly into modern irons and gives a uniform look and great game feel throughout the bag.

Spin Pocket Construction, A redesigned 2-piece head design that strategically reshapes the mass to optimise centre of gravity (CG) placement. Spin Pocket redistributes weight higher, raises CG and promotes a lower, more penetrating trajectory. The result is more spin and improved control, especially when you need to control ball flight or attack tricky pin placements.

New Spin Gen 2.0 Face, The most advanced face in Opus history. A new 17° grooves angle with a tighter distance between the grooves offers more points in contact with the ball, which creates more consistent spin from different positions. In combination with a deeper cross-patterned laser-etched pattern across the entire face, Spin Gen 2.0 produces increased friction for more grip and stopping power on every type of approach shot.

Grind Options, Opus SP offers five different grind options to suit all surfaces and player types; T – Tour-inspired shape for players who want to be able to hit every type of short game shot, C – Maximum versatility and ideal for skilled players, X – Versatility with increased bounce, S – Standard sole for every situation out on the course, W – Extra wide sole and increased forgiveness.
