The sole has 4 mm rubber spikes designed to give maximum grip on all surfaces, so you can keep your footing and swing with confidence, even in wet or slippery conditions. The unique pattern on the sole is specially designed to give you the best possible grip, without sacrificing comfort or flexibility. The insole is padded for extra comfort and provides extra support for the arch of the foot. The insole is also removable and is padded for extra cushioning. The sole is made from 20% recycled rubber. These shoes come in recycled FSC certified packaging with a custom recycled shoe bag and extra laces.
