Odyseey TRTL

You want to feel comfortable when you stand over the ball. With the new TRTL range, Odyssey is launching four putters to help with both alignment and control on the green.

A stable, forgiving construction combines with Twin Track alignment lines to make lining up the putter easier. The sole is also designed to rest naturally on the ground, helping you find the same set-up before every putt.

The new AI-developed Ai-Star insert delivers consistent ball speed across the face, a pleasing feel and improved forward roll. That gives you help even when you strike the ball a little off-centre.

The range includes Double Bend, Crank Hosel, Slant and Max S2S. Want help reducing twisting during your putting stroke? Take a closer look at Max S2S, with its Zero Torque construction to help keep the face square throughout the stroke.

Which model should you choose?

Double Bend – for a straighter putting stroke

Do you have a fairly straight putting stroke with little rotation? Double Bend could be a good fit. The double bend in the shaft creates a face-balanced putter, a balance that generally suits golfers who take the putter relatively straight back and through.

Crank Hosel – for a slightly arcing putting stroke

Crank Hosel has an angled hosel – the connection between the shaft and the putter head. With 20 degrees of toe hang, it suits golfers with a slight arc in their stroke who naturally let the face open and close a little. An option if you want to combine that movement with a stable mallet head.

Slant – for more rotation in your putting stroke

Slant has a short, sloping shaft connection and 30 degrees of toe hang, which is more than Crank Hosel. It is worth a closer look if you have a more pronounced arc in your putting stroke and let the face rotate more throughout the movement.

Max S2S – for golfers who want to reduce twisting

Max S2S has a larger head and the range’s Zero Torque construction, which helps resist twisting during the putting stroke. S2S stands for Square 2 Square and describes the idea behind the model: helping the face stay square throughout the stroke. An option if you want extra stability and help controlling the face.
