Description
The Tri-Hot S2S Black Jailbird builds on Odyssey’s new S2S TRI-HOT construction, using aluminium, steel and over 140 grams of tungsten to create an advanced multi-material design. By placing more than 80 per cent of the weight below the topline and moving the shaft closer to the face, Odyssey has developed a putter with clear Zero-Torque properties that reduce unwanted twisting through the stroke.
This Single Bend version differs from many other Zero-Torque putters by creating a heel-mounted feel while maintaining the stability and balance that characterise the concept. The well-known Jailbird head also provides high MOI on hits outside the sweet spot.
The face features Odyssey’s most advanced insert yet – Ai-DUAL. The dual-layer urethane insert combines a soft outer layer with a firmer inner layer to create more consistent ball speed across the entire face. Together with the new Forward Roll Design groove, it helps the ball start rolling faster, which can provide better distance control and a more predictable line.
