Description
The Tri-Hot S2S Black Seven is based on Odyssey’s new multi-material construction, where aluminium, steel and over 140 grams of tungsten work together to create a stable, torsionally rigid putter. By placing most of the weight below the topline and moving the shaft closer to the face, shaft lean is reduced while the putter’s Zero-Torque properties are strengthened.
This version is equipped with a Single Bend shaft, which gives a different balance and feel compared with many traditional Zero-Torque putters. The combination of the well-known #7 head’s high MOI and the advanced weight distribution contributes to increased stability throughout the putting stroke.
The face features Odyssey’s most advanced insert yet – Ai-DUAL. The two-layer urethane insert has a soft outer layer and a firmer inner layer that together create more consistent ball speed across the entire face. At the same time, the ball’s forward roll is improved, which gives more consistent distance control and a soft, responsive feel at impact.
