Description
Mizuno Pro S-4 combines a classic player feel with features that make the irons easier to play with than Mizuno’s more compact Pro S-3. The redesigned cavity-back construction has a curved muscle that places more weight further down the club head. Together with progressive offset, wider sole and a deeper centre of gravity, it contributes to higher trajectory, better stability and increased forgiveness on hits outside the sweet spot.
The head is forged from a single piece of 1025E Mild Carbon Steel using Mizuno’s Grain Flow Forged HD process. It gives the soft and clear feel of impact that characterises Mizuno’s forged irons, while giving you the feedback and ability to shape shots you’d expect from a player’s iron. The Pro S-4 is primarily aimed at skilled golfers from scratch to single-digit handicaps, who prioritise precision but don’t want to play with a fully fledged blade iron.
Redesigned Curved Muscle, Concentrates more weight further down the club head to increase forgiveness, a higher trajectory and stability, while maintaining the classic Mizuno Pro profile.
Triple Cut Sole, Bevelled front and back edges improve contact with the surface and give a softer passage through the grass at impact.
Progressive Head Geometry, Increased offset, wider sole and a deeper centre of gravity create a secure feel at address, while making it easier to get the ball up in the air with extra forgiveness.
