Description
ZXi7 is developed with a focus on feel and precision. The club head is forged in soft S15C steel, while Srixon’s i-FORGED construction reinforces the hosel area so that softer one-piece steel throughout the club head can be used. PureFrame iQ means that a wider and thicker back made of S15C steel is placed directly behind the sweet spot. The design has been optimised using AI simulations to give a stable and soft feel at impact as well as a higher MOI than the previous generation. Tungsten weight in the toe on the long and mid irons help deliver more consistent ball speed and spin when you don’t make perfect contact. The result is an iron for those who prioritise control, shaping and a consistent feel at impact.
Tour VT Sole, Srixon’s Tour VT Sole takes the surface to a whole new level through a unique combination of sole widths, bounce angles and milled grooves. The technology helps the club glide smoothly through the fairway, rough and sand without losing momentum, even if you hit the ground slightly before or after the ball.
Progressive Grooves, Irons 3-7 feature wider grooves optimised for longer shots and consistent performance in all weather conditions. Iron 8-SW have deeper and denser grooves that effectively eliminate interference from grass and dirt to generate more spin on approach shots. Laser milling between each notch, through all lofts, increases friction and contributes to consistent spin in all conditions.
