Ai-Dual S2S Max 1/2 Ball

Max 1/2 Ball is based on Odyssey’s Square 2 Square platform where the shaft is placed directly below the centre of gravity of the putter. This means that the putter rests with its toe up, preventing twisting and promoting a square face – a construction that is appreciated by players who want to minimise hand activity in their stroke. The larger head provides a stable feel and serves as a visual aid at address. Along with ½ Ball alignment, which frames the ball, it’s easier to find the right line and centre the hit. The putter is equipped with the advanced Ai-Dual insert, developed using artificial intelligence. The double-layer urethane insert combines a soft outer layer and a firmer inner for consistent ball speed across the entire face and a controlled, responsive feel. The updated Forward Roll Design (FRD) groove is deeper and more aggressive, working with the insert’s construction to create a more efficient forward role with a 19° slope. The result is a more stable start and less jumping straight after contact. A built-in forward press with 2° correctly positions your hands at address and helps keep the blade square without any extra adjustments. The Reverse Taper grip is adapted to the tilt of the shaft and contributes to a natural and comfortable setup. The model comes with the SL 120 shaft – a heavier and stiffer shaft developed with input from tour players, optimised for this putter style. Max is also available in Cruiser and Broomstick options for those who prefer longer configurations.
