Description
RTZ 2 is made of Z-Alloy, a softer and less compact steel that feels comfortable to the touch, whilst also being designed to offer good durability. ZipCore iQ uses an optimized core for every combination of loft and sole grind in RTZ 2. Reassigning the weight in the club head creates smoother performance and control even on off-centre hits. HydraZip combines finishing and laser-milled lines to maintain spin, even in wet conditions, while deep and sharp UltiZip grooves help to divert grass, sand, dirt and water away from the face. You can choose between the MID, FULL, LOW and 588 sole grinds with a classic head shape and groove length. ADAPT has a higher toe profile and grooves across the entire face, which is ideal if you are happy to open the club head for creative shots around the green.
Zipcore iQ, Uses uniquely optimised hosel cores for each combination of loft and grind in RTZ 2 to improve consistency and control. Several variants of the lightweight core redistribute mass, providing more reliable performance on both centred and less clean strikes.
HydraZip, HydraZip's blasted face and laser-milled lines maximise spin in wet conditions. The technology is dynamically adapted to different loft groups to balance spin throughout the loft range while improving performance in demanding weather conditions.
UltiZip Grooves, UltiZip’s sharper grooves cut effectively through grass and dirt at impact, while deeper grooves help create space for grass, sand, dirt and water to keep the face cleaner at impact. It gives the RTZ 2 wedges higher and more even spin from the fairway, rough and bunker.
