The below terms and conditions apply when you shop from Dormy Golf in France.
We use Klarna Checkout which offers secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees apply. No card information is stored with us, they are saved by our partner Klarna. Card payments that are managed by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified and guarantee a fast and secure payment option. We reserve the right to make changes that Klarna makes to their terms and conditions.
We currently do not offer invoice payment, only direct payment by card.
When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation the same day as you place your order, kindly contact us as this could mean that you have entered the wrong email address. When your items have been packed, a confirmation is sent via email. You will then receive a text message when your package is ready to be picked up at the collection site. In your delivery confirmation email, there is a link to your receipt/proof of warranty, which you also can find under ”Kvitton” on your My Dormy account page.
You will be given a customer number at the time of your first purchase. The information you provide (national identity number, name, address, telephone number etc.) is stored in Dormy Golf’s customer registry. The information is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will never be shared with a third party. Your information will only be used by Dormy Golf to facilitate our customer contacts.
If you have a package that you have not collected, it will be returned to us after 14 days. If we get packages returned to us that have not been collected from the shipping service, Dormy Golf reserves the right to charge the cost of return shipping, order fees and handling costs (25 €.). Packages that have not been collected are not covered by the cooling-off period rights.

Your package will be delivered by DHL. When you place your order via our website you will have the option to choose your preferred collection point. When your parcel has been packed and despatched from our central warehouse, you will be contacted by DHL via text message/email. You can then select alternative delivery options for your parcel, if DHL offers this for your address.
For purchases above 79€ we offer free delivery to France. For
orders below 79€ the delivery charge is 10€. Should you decide to return your order or parts thereof, a return delivery fee of 10€ will be charged.
Delivery times are usually 2–6 working days. If the product you have ordered is a special order item, the delivery time is approx. 14 days.
Sometimes items are not as expected and as our customer, you have full return rights within 14 days of receiving your order. You have the right to open the package and check that the product is in working order. If you are not satisfied and would prefer to return one or more products to us, register your return online at dormy.com/xx/returer. And then use the returns label that you received in your parcel from us. The return shipping cost is 10€ and this fee is subtracted from the value of the item when we refund your money. The item that is returned must be unused and packaged in its original packaging. Labels should remain intact on garments. The package must be securely sealed and remember that as the customer you are
responsible for the return so please save the proof of postage receipt. It is not permitted to place a returns label directly onto the original box for e.g. shoes, as this damages it and we will not be able to approve the return.
If so, place a new order directly on our website and return the old item to avoid waiting times in the process. We also pay for shipping for a new order within seven days from when the return shipment was registered on our Returns page.

The most important thing for us at Dormy is that you are completely satisfied. When you buy irons from us, your purchase is not complete until you have tried out the irons and are satisfied with all of them. You have 30 days to try them out. If you are not satisfied within this time, we will help you find a new set or you will get your money back. As soon as your return has reached us and we have
processed it, Klarna will be contacted to issue a credit of the relevant amount.
If you have paid for your order by card, the money will be refunded into the same account within
a couple of days. The normal processing time from sending back your
return until you receive your refund is 10–14 days. You will receive an email from us
as soon as our returns department has processed your return.
If the delivered product is defective or damaged, you can submit a claim about it.
First register your problem at dormy.com. Our customer services will contact you to continue your claim. The warranty does not cover postage charges. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the Consumer Dispute Board’s decision.
